Abstract

Construction cranes are subject to a variety of external factors that affect stability and safety. Modern solutions do not provide sufficient stability and safety. To eliminate the threat from various factors, new support elements have been proposed. To assess the effect of soil anchors on the stability of a crane, a theoretical experiment was conducted, with various assumptions. The coefficient of cargo stability with ground anchors is determined and compared with the load stability factor with standard outriggers.

Abstract

The article contains information on the identification of the main directions in the study and design of hydraulic shock mechanisms used in the destruction of strong and rocky soils by mining and construction machines. The program and algorithm for calculating and modeling the basic parameters of hammers are presented, and also the dependencies of the parameters of hydrostatic devices used as working bodies of road-building machines are given, depending on the parameters of the developed soil and the parameters of the base machine built in the Maple program.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition of the parameters of the device to form roughness on the icy road surface. This paper describes the design features of the device to form roughness on the icy road surface, which allows the formation of irregularities on the icy surface of a mountain road due to wastage on an icy road surface the hot rocky particles. The rocky particles are recessed in the ice cover due to the positive temperature and their own gravity. A design scheme of interaction of the distribution of the drum with a rubber sleeve with rocky particle was work out. The conditions involving rocky particle distribution drum are pointed. The dependences, for determining angles of stony particles and capture the outer diameter of the distributor drum are found.

Abstract

Processing methods of a cyclic driving of wells with a diameter over 300 mm by methods of vibro-impact pushing and combined with partial consolidation and excavation of soil on the basis of use of pneumo-percussive mashines (pneumatic bore-hole driver) are given in work. The results of researches received with use of the ground intake devices physical models have allowed to establish characteristics of change of force of resistance to the return transportation of the equipment with the taken soil core in process of his removal from a face. Analytical expressions for engineering calculation of the winch tractive force are received. Technical characteristics of the created number of the winches of scraper type working at the uniform energy carrier with shock cars compressed air are given.The schematic diagram winch with hybrid pneumatic drive, the having variable traction and high-speed characteristic is offered at a limited expense of the energy carrier which realization of a design at vibroshock breakdown and a combined method allows to reduce time of a production cycle of formation of wells and to increase productivity of driving works. A schematic diagram of a winch with a hybrid pneumatic drive is proposed, which has variable traction and speed characteristics with a limited energy carrier consumption, the implementation of the design which in vibro-impact pushing and combined method allows to reduce time of process of formation of wells and improve the performance of the tunneling works.

Abstract

Presents a methodology for optimal design of crane-manipulator installations of mobile transport technological machines at the pre-design stage of development of the technical proposal. Predesign optimization allows to comprehensively determine the optimum combination of a sufficiently large number of basic design parameters the characteristic dimensions of metal structures of installation (lengths and dimensions of cross sections, links, and mounting dimensions for hydraulic cylinders) and characteristics of the hydraulic system (working pressure and flow rate of the working fluid).

Abstract

In the article, they were tested for compliance with the modern practice of representing the theory of freight road transport on the effect of downtime when performing loading and unloading operations for the production of motor vehicles. The solution of the problem is represented by the example of transportation of reinforced concrete products from a plant in the city in the aggregate of micro motor transport systems by rolling stock of general use. Calculated by the dependence of the output in tons and ton-kilometers for the totality of micro motor transport systems.

Abstract

In this article is described the shortcomings of existing methods of recovery of necks of the crankshafts. Crankshafts restore to the nominal size, grind on grinding machine, and install on engine after overhauling. The main problem of this process is low resource of crankshafts after repair. This article proves the necessity of developing of recommendations on the selection of modes of grinding of the restored crankshafts. When today, the processing of the restored crankshafts no difference from processing of a new product.

Abstract

This paper demonstrates the relevance of accounting of traffic flows variability over time allows reducing intersection traffic delays in urban areas. The method of determining the optimal parameters of multiprogram control, allows considering the daily and hourly traffic flows variability was developed. Application of the optimized parameters of multiprogram control allows reducing intersection traffic delays up to 10-40% during a day compared to single-program control.

Abstract

Results of a research of influence of materials of the alloying electrodes at electrospark modifying of steel products on phase structure of the formed coverings and blankets are presented. It is established that when processing the electrode on the basis of carbide of the titan with additives of nickel, chrome, aluminum and a sheelitovy concentrate, in a covering forms the strengthening phase intermetallic compound Ni3(AlTi). Possible mechanisms of hardening of blankets of metal products at electrospark modifying are considered, and also results of a research of influence of the gas interelectrode environment on covering thickness, density of defects of a crystal structure of materials and tribological properties of the modified blankets and coverings. Use of technology of electrospark processing promotes manifestation of a complex of mechanisms of hardening from which dominating are dispersive hardening coherent particles of carbides and intermetallic compound, and also a strongly solution alloying. The received results demonstrate active participation of the gas environment in change of physicomechanical and tribological properties of coverings and blankets. So, at electrospark processing in the atmosphere of oxygen the minimum thickness of a covering (about 30 μm) and the maximum wear resistance is recorded. It is connected with the fact that crystalline state of the surfaces received in the oxygen-containing environment is characterized by the increased density of dislocations. Besides, according to the X-ray phase analysis, under a microdimensional covering the disperse strengthened blanket with formation of intermetallic compound settles down that also promotes increase in extent of hardening of a steel surface. It is shown that the reasonable choice of a ratio of the mechanisms of hardening operating when processing with electrospark modifying allows to provide a necessary complex of physicomechanical and tribological properties of the formed coverings.

Abstract

The basic methods for approximating the elementary functions of the probability distribution density of a random sample from the general set of statistical material used in the field of operational reliability of cars are analyzed. It was proposed to use the Johnson and Pearson distribution systems to describe non-Gaussian experimental data, which allow us to describe practically any unimodal distributions. The effectiveness of the use of these distribution systems was investigated by statistical modeling. Results of approbation of statistical models on real data are presented.

Abstract

The article provides statistics on the state of the recycling industry in the Sverdlovsk region, including enterprises engaged in utilisation cars and their wastes. The trend of decommissioning of cars was analized. A system of factors, that determine the location of infrastructure objects of the recycling system, was offered. On the basis of the gravitational model were built maps of the density of settlement and waste generation, which serve as the basis for choosing the position of large plants for processing vehicles.

Abstract

In this article questions of use of microwave heating of fuel for ensuring the accelerated and reliable launch of the diesel in the conditions of low temperatures of air are considered. The idea by the fact that the methods of simplification of launch of the diesel existing today in the conditions of low temperatures of air don’t meet modern requirements of conducting combat operations is proved. From our point of view, use of the microwave oven of heating of fuel and a thermal pipe for heating of engine oil will allow to provide reliable launch of the diesel in the conditions of low temperatures. On the basis of the conducted researches, the author suggests to use the microwave oven heating of fuel to ensuring reliable launch of the engine in the conditions of low temperatures.

Abstract

The idea that use of hydrogen as the initiating additive to the main fuel, leads to increase in economic and ecological indicators of ICE is proved. Special attention is paid to physical and chemical properties of hydrogen and its role when burning in a combustion chamber. In article the example of theoretical calculation of parameters of a working body and calculation of quantity of separate components combustion materials is carried out. The calculation is for four-stroke petrol engine with multipoint injection and electronically controlled power supply system and ignition at different percentage ratios of gasoline and hydrogen. Results of calculations are analyzed.

Abstract

The article regards the issue of simulator choice for mobile facilities of maintenance. The authors analyze approaches to simulator development by different enterprises and their shortcomings. They classify training equipment based on the principles of the acyclic logic algorithm. It allows them to formulate the solution approach of the given problem. The authors explain the rational choice of fullscale simulators usage as a standard prototype of training equipment creation for training specialists of mobile facilities of maintenance.

Abstract

The article has considered the problem of hydro-mechanical part of gas turbine engine automatic control system optimal adjustment. The optimal adjustment has been performed by applying the half-natural model stand in one-to-one correspondence with trials. The subject matter of this article is the consideration of the model stand construction problem with maximum approaching of real service condition of hydro-mechanical part of gas turbine automatic control system. The hydro-mechanical part optimal adjustment is assumed the using of Lyapunov functions. The method of technical state assured forecasting for combined parameter vector has been also considered. The results of investigation may be used for adjustment and forecasting of different technical system states.

Abstract

The article describes the characteristic of belitic sludge - a large-tonnage waste of alumina production. The ability of the sludge to recover the destroyed structure after the re-compaction. The effect of multiple mobile loads on the nature of sludge hardening and sludge-crushed stone materials in a year-round cycle with a natural course of air temperature on the ring test bench. It is established that mobile loads have a positive effect on the hardening of these materials. After 20 months of operation, the strength of the sludge and sludge-crushed stone materials in the sections which is under the movement is 13.0% and 33.8% higher compared to the materials of the control sections. Therefore, there is no need to stop the traffic immediately after constructing the layers of pavements using slurry. Moreover, it should not regulate the time after which the slurry is allowed by the device base coating.

This article describes the characteristic climatic features of the hot climate. Considered space planning solutions for low-rise residential buildings for areas with hot humid and hot dry climates. Also described ways of dealing with a high temperature of internal air in premises and describes the various options for sun protection devices. Abstract

The article deals with questions of the origin and influence bending moments on the bearing capacity of rods of the trusses of double angles on gusset plates. The results of the research with requirements of current codes of practice in construction are compared. Additional conditions for the emergence of complementary internal forces in trusses, besides the generally accepted ones, are determined. According to the results of a research, an engineering method for taking into account the influence of bending moments in the rods of trusses of double angles is proposed in checking calculations and designing trusses.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to reveal the interrelations between the sphere of innovative services and other spheres of innovative economic activity in the Russian Federation using the technologies of intellectual data analysis. Research methods: partial data processing, retrospective forecasting, crosscorrelation analysis. Materials of the study. The study was conducted according to Rosstat data for the period 2009-2015. On the following types of innovative economic activity: the provision of various types of innovative services; Innovative industrial production (amount); High-technology economic activities; Activities on the creation and use of databases and information resources, including Internet resources; Research and development; Investigation and security; Communication. Results of the study. With the use of cross-correlation analysis it was revealed that the sphere of innovative services is local, independent of other spheres of innovative economic activity, and is interconnected only with innovative economic activity aimed at the creation and use of databases and resources, including Internet resources. Conclusions. The sphere of innovative services in the Russian Federation is not sufficiently developed, does not have sufficient resources to create a synergistic effect in the economy, and is not capable of creating subversive innovations in other areas of innovative economic activity. All this requires the development of new mechanisms for managing this area.

In this article questions of application of public-private partnership in the European Union countries are considered, the share of projects of public-private partnership on spheres of economy for the developed and developing states is investigated. Distribution of projects of public-private partnership on spheres of economy of the Russian Federation is considered, assessment of the current situation and the prospects of development of this direction in our country is made. Key advantages and shortcomings of public-private partnership taking into account specifics of economy of Russia come to light, the analysis of need of development of this form of cooperation in the field of large-scale transport projects is made, including at realization of Transport strategy of Russia till 2030. At the end of article recommendations about improvement of interaction of the authorities and private business in the field of public-private partnership are provided.

In the context of globalization, there is a need to develop import substitution. It is proposed to develop the mechanism of import substitution in innovative territorial clusters. The article examines the Russian experience of import substitution and the choice of the direction of its strategic development in innovative territorial clusters. The potential of import substitution in Russia is considered. Analysis of import substitution in key sectors of the country’s economy is given. The creation of clusters on the territory of the Russian Federation provides for building cooperative links between business entities and representatives of industrial infrastructure, as well as building sustainable supply chains to increase the added value of manufactured products for import substitution in strategically important sectors of the country’s economy.

In the article, in accordance with the proposed indicators, the analysis of the peculiarities and differences of the so-called “organized markets” and the real estate market. This comparison can be used for development of methodological base analysis of the real estate market. The present study used structural and functional methodological approaches. As a scientific method of study were chosen: systematic method considering the real estate market in correlation with the sectoral structure of the economy as a whole; inductive method: building insights on the basis of information on the real estate market. The study is theoretical in nature.
