Abstract
The present article contains results of theoretical researches of apparatus for controlling an operating device in the transversal plane of a chain trench excavator. The author describes an apparatus for controlling an operating device in the transversal plane of a chain trench excavator. There is described the work of control apparatus at occurrence of perturbation actions. There are revealed dependences of influencing key parametres of control apparatus on verticality of open trench’s walls and productivity of an excavator expressed in a trench’s length.

Abstract
The arthor describes the main results of developing calculation-experimental method of estimating the efficiency of automotive engine’s preheat, allowing to set the areas of primary temperatures of an engine, in which for single launching, economic effect from decreasing launching wear exceeds the operational costs, connected with acquiring, setting and operation of a system.

Abstract
The article dwells on the mechanics of relative movement of mating elements of flanged type’s consolidations of wedge-shaped interroller end clearances. There is considered kinematics of interaction process of consolidations’ elements of spherical type. There are established the laws of relative movements of flat and spherical surfaces of mating elements of spherical type’s consolidations of multiroller rolling operating devices. There is presented a trajectory of relative movement of the flat mating surfaces of spherical consolidation.

Abstract
The article dwells upon generalizing researches’ results of a condition of modern and standard spring suspension of railway carriages. On the basis of operation’s experience of domestic and foreign rolling stock there is drawn a conclusion on need of modernization of its spring suspension in modern conditions. The authors present new fundamental constructive diagrams of vibroprotection devices for various types of a rolling stock.

The article shows the results of the analysis of trucking’s acting theoretical provisions on calculation of a rolling stock’s productivity and cost. It has been established that the existing theoretical provisions of trucking are assigned for changeable daily schedule of a rolling stock’s work. It is necessary to develop a methodology that allows considering opportunity of using unit of a rolling stock in trucking under specific agreement.

Abstract
The article dwells upon the impact of accumulative damages on strength and placticity of materials. The authors have attempted to modify the original criteria of strength and plasticity’s conditions, based on a conventional method of accounting this phenomenon. This method consists in indroduction of measures of damage’s theory, to which the y continuity of L.M. Kachanov and w damage of Y.N. Rabotnov are traditionally refered in the limiting state equation. One of these measures is contained in a function, which is a multiplier to a stress tensor, that allows to convert the tensor of the undamaged solid into the stress tensor of the damaged solid. There are considered opportunities of such modification, both for simple criteria of Drucker - Prager, Lade-Dunkan, Mattsuoka-Nakai, Mohr-Coulomb and modern multi-surface criteria for the calculation of strength and shear strength, respectively.

There are considered prospects of using new material "DIATOMIK" in road construction in the conditions of Far North. The offered material is compared to foreign analogs. By means of modern software there is made a thermal interaction’s prospect of frozen soil and a road construction with a thermal insulating layer of material in the basis.

Abstract
The article dwells on the efficiency of manufacturing construction materials on the basis of vegetative and mineral compositions - peat. The raw materials base allows to consider the development of their production as one of the major directions in developing new progressive construction materials and innovative technologies in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous region. There are revealed and justified the possibility of using peat as a plasticized and hydrophobic organic substance on the basis of finely dispersed peat in fine grained concretes, the opportunity to regulate physical and mechanical qualities. On the basis of conducted research there is determined the dispersion degree, weight fraction of nanoparticles, quantative content of modified sandy-peat mixture up to 20 % of the concrete’s mass that decreases the thermal conduction coefficient by 10-12% and cement consumption by 15 % without decreasing strength properties of concrete.

Abstract
The article substantiates the idea that currently there is sufficient data for probabilistic design of structures by the given level of reliability. The article is focused on the connection of reliability’s level with given probability of assurance factor. There is presented a comparison of assurance factors in different methods of calculation. The authors propose computational model of a stochastic assurance factor, distributed according to the normal law. There is given an example of calculating reinforced concrete roof plank on given reliability.

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to determine the geomats’ roughness coefficients applied to improve the stability of road bed embankments against washing away by surface waters. The authors describe the effect of roughness coefficients on the hydraulic resistance of water movement. The authors’ve analyzed design formulas on the bases of which the values of geomats’roughness coefficients have been experimentally gotten. There are described conditions of conducting experiment in the laboratory "Hydraulics and Engineering Hydrology" of SibADI. The issue of geomats’ application to improve the stability of road bed embankments against water erosion processes is poorly studied and requires further research

Abstract
The article dwells upon the conceptual design of antiavalanche protection of roads in highlands. The developed technologies allow to optimize protection against avalanches and avoid unjustified losses. Indeterminate-stochastic analysis is used. Relief, meteorological and seismic factors are taken into account. Weather databases are worked out for each avalanche site on each data. Besides, the relieves’ database is developed for zones of origin and transit. According to them, for all years there is calculated a degree of situation’s belonging to different levels of avalanche’s danger. The avalanche pressure on the road is calculated. Example of analysis is given.

Abstract
This article provides a mathematical description of a complex dynamic system of a bulldozer with a semi-rigid frame’s suspension. The authors have proposed a mathematical model that consists of geometric relations’ equations of the machine elements and differential equations of moving machine frame and operating device under external kinematic and dynamic impacts. The considerable attention in the presented mathematical model is paid to the dependencies between varieties of machine’s structural parameters.

Abstract
The article dwell on the possibility of using mathematical modeling for formation modes of diesel locomotives’ operation and assessment of operational economy of a diesel energy installation for the given area of circulation and expected conditions of operation taking into account individual tractive, energy and economic characteristics of locomotives. There are presented results of modeling time sharing of operational work of a locomotive’s diesel generator installation on the positions of master controller and its operational economy for the accepted area of circulation and expected conditions of operation.

Abstract
The purpose of the article is the analysis of changes in the methodology for assessing the level of university graduates’ competence in accordance with the Federal law FL-273 "On education in the Russian Federation". There are analyzed the typical features of assessing competencies according to the SES-2 and FSES. It is justified that evaluative means should be used not only for assessment but also as a tutorial. On the basis of the conducted analysis it is concluded that the traditional forms of control should be improved and innovation forms must be adapted to the traditions of university education.
