Abstract
On the basis of long-term experience of introduction of processes of volume and sheet stamping comparative features of development of technologies and the form-building tool, and, including, the providing shaped details with the application of the smaller deforming forces are presented when saving of the set characteristics of durability and plasticity, and also economy of materials. Rational technological process can be created only in the careful analysis of a set of known and original ways of forming of preparations and control of structure of metal and a form of a forging.

Abstract
In this article the reducer design with variable transfer number is offered and proved. The reducer allows to make dispersal and the movement of the crane (cart) with three speeds with smooth gear shifting. Couplings are built in cogwheels. Design compact, simple and reliable. Decrease in dynamic loadings, rocking of freight is provided. As a prototype couplings accepted way clutch cylindrical roller. The proposed clutch gearbox comprise tapered rollers. This article presents the results of work on the definition of the basic design features and energy hydropercussion devices used as the working bodies of road-building machinery. The main factors affecting the process of destruction of the soil (hard material) of hydraulic device. Abstract
In the article the question of the need to use in the construction and road vehicles used for the destruction of solids and frozen ground, the kinetic energy storage. Application of the kinetic energy storage principle in a big way during the working body acceleration to the protection of the machine body from knocks gives a number of advantages over machines with other methods of energy storage. Their main nih expansion of the upper limit of the striker speed range up to several hundred meters per second, the increase in energy density per unit weight of the machine, which significantly reduces the energy consumption of processes, the ability to smooth speed control, reduction of weight and dimensions. An example of copra testing for pins with high impact energy to disperse them in a large angular path.

Abstract
The algorithm of modelling of working process of the bridge crane taking into account dynamic parametres of drives of the bridge and the cargo cart, having managements of relay type is resulted. Results of research of influence of parametres of drives of the bridge crane on accuracy of moving of cargo on the set trajectory in three-dimensional space, final linear speed of movement of cargo, number of inclusions of drives are resulted. The received mathematical models open possibility of synthesis of parametres of drives of the bridge crane on the set limiting values of accuracy of movings, numbers of inclusions of drives, etc.

Abstract
Based on the analysis of elastic deformations of the wheel that occurs in the process of movement with an inclination along a curvilinear trajectory, an analytical relationship of the angles of the collapse of the convergence of the steered wheels of the vehicle, allowing at the design stage to select the most efficient ratio that provides minimum rolling resistance wheels, and, therefore, minimal tire wear and fuel consumption. Minimum rolling resistance is in direct proportion with fuel efficiency and tyre wear, This analytic dependence, allowed us to determine the relationship of the angles of the steered wheels on the basis of the condition of the minimum of rolling resistance of the wheels, live with the camber and the toe.Comparative analysis of the angles of camber and of toe-driven wheels, mass-produced cars and angles, calculated from the dependence allows to draw conclusions about the need for good tires, a wheel alignment which is close to the calculated one.

Abstract
The article analyzes the normative and technical documentation, regulatory requirements for facilities using liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Normative and technical documentation states that for maintenance and current repair of gas automobile is necessary (obligatory) to carry overflow of gas cylinder from the car in a specially equipped plum posts. In connection with the modernization of design safety valves shut-off of gas cylinders carry overflow of gas according to the requirements of technical standards is impossible. Thus, it is required to develop additions to the existing normative and technical documentation concerning the design of gas-cylinder equipment, its manufacturing, conversion of gas-cylinder cars and their maintenance. Developed additions to the normative and technical documentation in the form of a standard approved by the organization on the basis of the results of the research, guided by the requirements of Article 17 of the Federal Law № 184-FZ "On Technical Regulation". Standard organization should be designed for the installation of drain pipe in the power supply system of gas automobile providing draining gas from the cylinder, as well as the implementation processes of technical operation of gas automobile. Standard organizations developed and approved by one organization can be used by another organization under contract with the approved its organization.

Abstract
The authors propose a comprehensive program of unification into a single system all processes of the life cycle of locomotives that reduce costs associated primarily with the operation and maintenance of a locomotive fleet of JSC "Russian Railways". The main indicator of this complex system is the level of technical readiness of the product, determined by availability. The developed methodology will allow to move from a technology fixation to a technical failure, with subsequent identification of their causes and recovery, technologies of prediction and prevention of these failures is based on the constant control of technical condition of locomotives and forecasting of the stock of the resource in the Online mode.

Abstract
The article considers methods of predicting passenger flows. The main attention of the authors focuses on the forecasting of passenger traffic that can be used as a basis for planning and determining the most effective system of action, providing the population with quality services related to transportation, and is an integral part of a complex process of development of systems of urban passenger transport. Identified and the necessity of sharing of mathematical model of forecasting of passenger flows taking into account regional features and untransformed effect. On the basis of the study the authors can conclude that the transport mobility of the population, the average distance they travel increases with the growth and development of the city and its population. In the Krasnodar territory in the last 4 years saw an increase in the needs of the residents use public transport, but in the period of 2014 by public transportation were transported 449, 9 million, which is 1.4 million less than in 2013. This suggests that it is necessary to improve the quality of public transport services urban public transport in the Krasnodar region.

In article the main options of planning of changes of a production activity are investigated. Prerequisites of an assessment of material benefits which is carried out thanks to the economic measuring instruments reflecting conditions of production are investigated. The results of industrial dominance’ theoretic research and the methods of diagnosis are presented. According to the authors, the impact of industrial dominance lies in the sphere of decreasing the firm’s access to agglomeration effects. The basic conditions which are needed for the emergence of industrial dominance are presented. The author presents the way to diagnose existence of industrial dominance along with the method of measuring the influence of industrial dominance within a particular industry. The results presented by the authors will help to form effective economic policy for industries where industrial dominance is presented.

Abstract
There are certain contradictions between theories of destruction and durability of concrete caused by specific properties of this material and their influence on process of destruction at any intense states. The article examines the contradiction between theory and fracture strength of the concrete, which consists in evaluating the significance of different compression and tension resistance. To clarify the relationship between the resistance of the concrete compression and tension-races authors refer to the method of computer simulation. We present results of a re-investigation of the stress-strain state of the prototypes.

Abstract
The paper deals with the development of composite binders to produce concrete with improved characteristics of gas, water and water vapor permeability. The processes of formation of composite materials in order of decreasing scale levels from the macro to the nanostructure. The criteria for the optimization of the number of the dispersed additives in concrete. In theory, we studied the technological features of the formation of hydrated cement stone structure. Nanodispersed predict a positive effect of additives on the structure and physico-mechanical properties of cement composite materials.

Abstract
The use of geosynthetics for erosion control mats, protection of slopes subgrade is increasingly used. In Russia and abroad producing dozens of varieties of geosynthetics to reinforce soil slopes. But to date there are no valid claims to the durability of geosynthetics and the methods of calculation of their stability on the surface of the slope. Any recommendations on the definition of the distance between the anchors holding the geosynthetic material on the slope. This article provides brief guidance on the above questions.

Abstract
Improving the starting characteristics of diesel engines due to the development of methods of mathematical modeling of the start-up process. Currently there is a widespread lightweight (formal and semi-empirical) mathematical models of the processes in the combustion chamber. This article proposes a mathematical model to describe the processes in the cylinder of a piston internal combustion engine on the basis of the system of differential equations of mass and energy balance of the working fluid and the equation of state. Differential form better reflects the nature of the processes in the combustion chamber, as in a dynamic system that takes into account the physical properties of the working fluid (heat capacity, internal energy) depending on the current state (temperature, pressure), allows to solve conjugated problems of calculation of processes of filling and compression, heat exchange with the walls of the combustion chamber determine the leakage of charge.The method of energy balance is the equation of the first law of thermodyna-Mickey in the differential.
