The analysis of existing maintenance support strategies shows that each of them has advantages and disadvantages. Consolidation of advantages of all the strategies and deletion of disadvantages will lead to the creation of the mixed maintenance support system, which will allow enhancing BTVT samples availability, coefficient of technical readiness and availability ratio, running efficiency and reducing maintenance support costs at the desired reliability level of BTVT samples.

Abstract
As a result of experimental studies the obtained regularities of influence of hydrostatic pressure on the process of soil digging knives of a rotary disk of the working body. It is found that for cohesive soils, the resistance to digging of the soil by the knives of a rotary disk of the working body increases with increasing values of the hydrostatic pressure (the depth of immersion of the working body). The design of stand of physical modeling to study the process of soil digging knives of a rotary disk of the working body under hydrostatic pressure. The depth of immersion of the working body in a liquid was simulated by the creation of a corresponding hydrostatic pressure in the hermetic housing of the stand. Based on strain records obtained values of the tangential component of the effort of digging the soil and values of traction resistance of digging trenches under hydrostatic pressure.

Abstract
The article deals with the task of theoretical modeling for elastic properties of soils under compacting action. That problem is of sufficient practical value for selection of optimal working parameters for soil compaction process in building and road construction. The model of interaction between rigid working tool of cylindrical shape and deformable soil is considered in the article. This shape corresponds to the metal drum of road roller and was used to calculate the stiffness of the soil volume which interacts with it. The tangent resistant force which occurs in case of roller’s motion was also calculated.

Abstract
The problem of reducing costs in the operation of crushing and milling equipment associated with high consumption of oil, as the volume of equipment lubrication systems can be up to 60 m3. The study found that the replacement of the lubricant on the actual condition will reduce the operation cost equipment. The necessity of mathematical justification replacement intervals of the lubricant. The author suggests a payment service interval equipment system lubricant. This makes it possible to determine the necessary time between exposure to the lubricant.

Abstract
The article develops the estimation technique of informative content of an isolated irregularity and a track section as a whole. This method allows predicting the value of the average speed that provides the driver's ability to process and realize the information on ambient traffic conditions. The authors reveal the impact of the motor field vehicle design on the information received by the driver in the course of the structure of the motion law. The article can be useful to researchers, engineers and technicians in handling trial of the vehicles, dealing with practical aspects of tests and evaluation of ergonomic features of the vehicles such as usability of the driver's compartment.

Abstract
This research offered the method of the increasing of general signalized intersections capacity by the installing of the short turning lanes on traffic light objects in Russian cities. Here showed an example of bottleneck effect at the signalized intersection as a result of wrongly matching for the short turning lanes. Also represented the importance of the vehicle queue length assessment in front of traffic light objects. Moreover some modern approaches to a queue length assessment are considered.

Abstract
In this article reviewed design features and conditions for effective operation of the three-way catalytic converters of exhaust gases, installed on automobile with gasoline internal combustion engines. Shown work opportunities of the converters in cold start and warm-up conditions of the engine. Revealed the optimal work mode of the converter, whereby it effectively comply its functions. Analyzed and described the methodology of state testing converters of exhaust gases. In the article descibed winter conditions operation of automobiles with spark ignition engines and three-way catalytic converters of the exhaust gases. Analyzed the real work conditions of the automobiles with converters, revealed negative points of winter operation of the vehicles with converters. Shown the discrepancy of the technical regulations to the real conditions of operation of the automobiles with converters with regard to the region with a cold climate and to the Omsk city in particular.

Abstract
Background of a single method for motor road pavement structural strength calculations when dynamic processes are being excited by traffic live load is considered in the article. The necessity of ten parameters and indices to be considered in calculations of pavements is shown. In this case the dynamic analysis becomes more complex but the data on dynamic processes in each layer of a multilayer pavement structure turns to be more adequate. The adequacy is obtained by determining parameters and indices in the process of load application, with the time step being from 0.1 to 0.001 from the beginning of loading.

Abstract
The article describes the method of management staff of specialized sets of road cars to excavate the construction of roads of considerable length (50 km or more) in a difficult environment for a number of years. The distribution volume of work on the rolling facility in accordance with the calendar in the project construction organization predicts an operating time of machines involved, their technical and economic indicators in each year of construction. The proposed model provides a rational adjustment of sets of machines and compositions in accordance with the predicted performance to make changes in the fleet structure in the production of works projects.

Abstract
Use of the nanodimensional modifier on the basis of the evils of hydroremoval of Omsk combined heat and power plant in a cement stone is presented in article and its physicomechanical properties are defined. Deformation of geosynthetics and geogrids, in particular, is one of the major indicators to be determined according to GOST 56388-2015. Indicators of deformability is required in the calculation of road structures reinforced with geogrids. The article presents the results of tests confirming the need for experimental determination of the conditional rate of deformation for each geogrid to assign reliable values of the coefficients of discrete bases reinforced with geogrid.
