Abstract
The article presents results of experimental (using developed method and a tribometr) and natural tests of lubrications’ efficiency of various structures and decreasing wear’s friction. The authors give an assessment of influence of additives to plastic lubrication on the basis of graphite’s powders, disulfide of molybdenum and their compositions with additives (and an abrasive quantity) in the conditions of boundary friction at abrasive wear. The Litol-24 lubrication’s efficience is analyzed with modifiers in units of friction sliding of KAMAZ automobiles. It is shown that the other additives are inefficient.

Abstract
The article dwells upon the problem of supplying with water the motor oil of engine at warming under negative temperatures (-32 ° C). There is described an experiment for measuring the concentration of water in the KAMAZ-740 engine’s motor oil, in the process of its warming without preheater. As a result of condensation processes occurring in the engine there is fulfilled an accumulation of water in the lubrication system, accompanied by the set of negative consequences. During the experiment, the temperature is determined in the amount of crankcase space corresponding to the drop point temperature.

Abstract
The article dwells upon the importance of increasing reliability of turbocompressors of internal combustion engines. There is a suggestion on causes of increased wear of the unit’s bearings. There are set the problems of improving the wear resistance of the unit using repair and restoration compositions (RRC) at the stage of the running. To assess the quality of repair and to determine the completion’s moment of processing RRC unit the use of vibro-acoustic method of diagnostics is justified.

Abstract
This article describes the problems of selecting structural and adjustment parameters of a system of automated control by energy of an engine’s exhaust gases flowing to the blades of a turbine wheel. Controlling the air pressure’s magnitude at the outlet of the compressor and limiting the maximum speed of the turbocompressor’s shaft is carried out by the exhausted gases’ recirculation. There is presented a method of calculating system of the gas recirculation in the turbine of supercharging engine’s unit, considering balance of forces influencing the membrane, spring, rod and screen. There are considered the ways of diagnosing and regulation of a system of gas recirculation past turbine.

Abstract
The article deals with instantiation of the deviations from the evaluation of the profile shape of the filling riffle legs drilling bit, describes a method developed by the authors estimate the deviation from circularity using a special measuring complex. Basis indicated for the choice of estimation method based on the principles of non-contact measurement. In this article carry make an analysis the factors affecting the accuracy of the assessment, educed the dimensional hookups between elements of measurement system and determined corresponding error.

The article dwells upon the model of optimization of the fleet of snowplows for winter maintain of the urban road network, taking into account the probability characteristics of the intensity of snowfall in a certain territory. As an optimal criterion there are taken minimal total costs in the transport sector and to eliminate negative effects of snowfalls on the road network of a city. Abstract
Theoretical and experimental prerequisites of development of nanostructural topokompozit (NSTK) - the materials capable to keep the increased operational properties at high temperatures of a tribonagruzheniye are considered. The cathodic system of vacuum installation is developed for receiving nanostructural topokompozit. Classification of NSTK is given and the analysis of mechanisms of formation of their structures is carried out.

Abstract
The article presents the results of studying reliability of precast concrete floors’ interplate joints. The author concludes that the normative limits of the number of working splines in the joints require considering the dependence on the reliability of the joints from the number of failures of individual splines. There is implemented an analysis of probabilistic models of single concrete splines and splined joints. The models take into account the influence of efforts’ redistribution in the result of refusal of the individual splines. There is an example of calculating the reliability of joints.

Abstract
The authors analize the characteristics of reliability of construction production’s systems. There are considered the peculiarities of determining reliability of technological processes and production systems in construction. To assess the reliability of transport and technological process there is offered a functional approach realized by means of the generalized structural method. On the basis of the conducted research as the indicators of reliability of transport and technological process it is offered to use a coefficient of operational readiness and probability of no-failure operation. There is offered to use the given expenses as the criterion of choosing designed transport and technological system.

Abstract
The article presents an algorithm of obtaining prognostic parameters of a dynamic object on the example of forecasting temperature of the internal combustion engine. The value of temperature predicted on the basis of Brown’s adaptive model is used for switching operating modes of the cooling fan. At exceeding admissible value of predicted temperature there is implemented a transition to an operating mode of the fan upon which there is a strengthening of turbulence of a heat carrier. The advanced control of the cooling fan of the internal combustion engine allows to increase the reliability of the engine.

Abstract
The article dwells upon the issue of mathematical modeling of a sewing flow. The variety of models of a sewing flow represented by a finite set is analyzed. The concept of a capacity of organizational operation is formulated. The partition of a set is carried out for the purpose of optimization of modeling procedures. There is offered an index of aggregated capacity of organizational operations of a flow as a partition’s sign. The author has developed an algorithm of calculating a variety of ways by which a set of sewing flow’s models are divided in groups.

Abstract
The authors concluded that the impact of external economic factors on the Russian economy on a par with internal reinforces its uncertainty. In this study, the authors emphasize that exactly in Russia, the rapid processes of transformation of industrial policy determine the stability factors of achieving liberalization of the domestic economy. This article dwells on the features of determining strategic goal of forming integrated structures in industry, expressed in obtaining a synergistic effect, and which is available in three main directions. The criteria, on which the selection of the target installation of forming integrated structures occurs, are formulated. Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the main approaches to the problem of tariff regulation of natural monopoly sectors of the economy on the example of the electricity industry. The competitive positions of the different economic schools are presented. The necessity of a combination of direct and competitive methods of tariff regulation of natural monopolies is shown. The work presents the extensive algorithm for choosing the method of tariff regulation using the criteria of the sector of the economy of product consumer.

The paper presents methodical basics for ensuring the objectivity of assessment of universities’ economic sustainability. There is proposed a methodical and normative base of assessing economic sustainability using valuation techniques from the position of reflecting objectivity in their results. There are developed values of performance indicators based on the application of standard technique in determining level of their values, also there is developed a matrix of risk’s level areas and economic sustainability of the university for determining its position in these coordinates and strategic objectives of the activity.

The article is devoted to the research of auto insurance market of Omsk region, as a key element of retail insurance. There is presented a characteristic of the condition and existing trends, characterizing the changes of dynamic and structural parameters of auto insurance market’s development, there are marked the occuring problems and there are considered the peculiarities of priority directions of its development in the modern conditions. The article swells upon the problem of reforming Russian railways. On the basis of studied material it is established that the actions, begun with reform, are insufficient for creating, in short terms, effective sources for renewal of basic funds. The large-scale attraction of financial resources in developing a sector hasn’t been happened, the conditions for steady growth and increasing competitiveness haven’t been created. The author suggests a method of applying financial analysis for the analysis of investment appeal of the company.

Abstract
The authors, represented the University of Huddersfield in United Kingdom and Omsk financial university in Russia, investigate the problems of forecasting in small firms. On the basis of studying activity of Russian and English forms there are educed the barriers on the way of effective realization of a such important function of management as forecasting. It is proved that for small frims the Bayesian approach is the most acceptable for forecasting, the distinctive peculiarity of which is using, on the way with objective, subjective information, which may be obtained and systematized on the basis of subjective judgements of entrepreneurs who have a small business. As a practice shows, exactly subjective judgements play the significant role in making managerial decisions in small business.
