Abstract
The article has considered the problem of technical state forecasting for universal control fuel pump and gas turbine engine in service. The subject matter of this article is the analysis of extreme forecasting method application for providing the assured forecasting of fuel pump technical state. This method makes it possible to forecast technical state with using of measurements results, obtaining for a long time trials of universal control fuel pump on half-natural model test stand and during subsequent planned tests. The forecasting has been performed without statistic distribution analysis of measurements results. The results of investigation may be used for forecasting of different technical system states.

Abstract
Traffic police statistics show that the most common types of road accidents began hitting vehicles, most of which occur at crossroads of roads. An objective investigation of circumstances traffic incidents and identification the true culprit of the accident is the main task of the persons investigating of the circumstances of the accident. However, the investigation into circumstances of incident is inextricably linked to a clear understanding where, in what place there was a traffic accident and who of the participants used a preferential right to movement. The solution of these issues is often hampered due to insufficiently precise wording of the terms used in the Rules of the road Russian Federation. In particular, this disadvantage concerns the term "crossroad." In the various literature devoted to the issues of traffic safety, examples are given that allow to determine the configuration and boundaries of the crossroad. However, the vast majority of the examples based on the simplest form of three - or four-way crossroad. In this work, the authors analyzed requirements and came to the conclusions that the necessity of changing the existing term "crossroad".lwe

Abstract
The article considers the estimation technique of information intensity of the tracklaying vehicle driver's work. It is based on the estimation technique of the information contentof both anisolated irregularity and a track section as a whole. This technique allows predicting the value of the average speed of the tracklaying vehicle provided with driver'sabilities to process and implement the incoming information on the ambient traffic conditions. The article can be useful forre-searchers, engineers and techniciansregardingvehicle handling trial, who deal with practical aspects of tests and evaluation of ergonomic vehicle properties and, in particular, ergonomics of the driver's compartment.

Abstract
The organizational and technological issues of the transport documents provide material resources construction projects considered without sufficient justification. In the article the task of planning the volume of deliveries agreed with the construction company's internal capabilities and external conditions is formulated in the form of a mathematical model of linear programming. The principles of planning, the concept of the quality of the plan, formalized internal and external constraints on the choice plan. Model developed by the authors plan will improve the level of organization of construction management flows, ensure the continuity and uniformity of the work of production and consumption of materials, products and structures.

Abstract
The article analyzes the advantages of the methodology of the system approach in the study, design, construction and operation of facilities. On the basis of the general theory of systems obtained generalized model of roads in the form of a set-sti basic principles: structural, performance, reliability and ef-fectively-sti. This hypothesis is used system-wide compliance with the principles and the Half-dressing design of roads and their networks. The conclusion about the possibility of using the obtained models in the design of the road network at different levels of development in response to changing conditions.

Abstract
In the article discusses the results of laboratory tests coal ash and slag mixture from the ash pound of Omsk's TPP-4, working on the Ekibas-tuz coal. In the course of these studies identified the strength characteristics of this man-induced soil depending on the degree of compaction and moisture content. Suitability as a soil material for the construction embankments, subgrade of roads, and as the Foundation of buildings and structures was evaluated. The empirical dependence of the properties of ash and slag mixture from moisture and maximum dry density were obtained. Comparison of strength characteristics of ash and natural soil from our region was also carried out

Abstract
The article studies the stress-strain state of multilayer laminated timber deck of cross planks, which are a supporting element in slab glulam bridge superstructures. Timber slab from an odd number of cross-layer boards can be considered homogeneous thin plate with different properties in different directions; on the other hand it represents the multilayered structure of welded (glued) homogeneous anisotropic layers. The work assesses the stress-strain state of multilayer timber slabs in relation to slab span structures of bridges.

Abstract
The current stage of development of processes of modeling systems characterized by an increase of functional saturation. Modeling work processes excavator hydraulic drive is a complex hierarchical task, as in the performance of technological operations of the excavator is necessary to record and analyze a large number of factors and parameters, dynamically changing over time. The article reflected the description of the developed complex systems of the pilot studies shovel energy efficiency through the integration of support virtual systems, has a wide range of functionality and reduces the complexity of carrying out experimental research. Keywords. watching system, algorithm, resistance forces, kinematic couple.

Abstract
In the article the problems of management in the service sector and directions of their solutions. The main problems in the management in the service sector are the lack of adaptability of the developed management solutions to the ever-changing environment, the existing methods and technologies do not allow with sufficient accuracy to predict change, to present the results in graphic form, and limit the use of the creative potential of the head. The key areas to solve problems and improve the management of the service sector is the introduction of modern methods of simulation, cognitive visualization options theory in management processes in this area, the development of technology and the formation of the optimal use of the resource potential of the processes in this field. On the basis of these directions set by the author, and the problem is solved in the monitoring field of study with the application of mathematical methods, the regularities of providing social services-oriented non-profit organizations. The results can be used to develop management tools in the service sector. Keywords. Scope of services aimed to improve the management in the field of services, outreach services, and monitoring.

Abstract
Dependence between age structure of labor power and efficiency of implementation of creative potential of a creative class is disclosed. Influence of urban saturation of the country on development of creative economy is studied. Possibilities of the countries with narrow specialization to transition to a phase of creative development through traditional industries are revealed. It is proved that the level of technical progress is to some extent determined by the cost of separate production factors.
