Abstract

The article presents the results of theoretical research aimed at determining the best parameters for the viscosity and stiffness of the cab suspension and seat. Abstract
Theoretical and experimental investigation of diesel power system with recirculating fuel leaks have been held. Method of calculating fuel leaks depending on the wear of spray nozzles is shown. The ability to preserve the stability of diesel fuel equipment parameters during continuous operation has been proved. The test results of the fuel equipment with nozzles having a closed volume above the needle are given. The authors noted an increase stability of the experimental fuel equipment parameters, reducing specific fuel consumption and smoke exhaust gas.

Abstract
The article provides an analysis of the competitiveness of multimodal corridor. Using formal and predictive extrapolation, using a multiple regression model depending on the volume of imports and re-defined traffic forecast data for 2009-2020 at the opening of the proposed multimodal corridor, are evaluating the existing infrastructure of railway stations and quantitative indicators of the proposed multimodal corridor. Abstract
The article considers the problem associated with the difficulty of start of refrigeration automobile internal combustion engine at low negative temperatures. This problem is particularly acute for the Russian Federation, as most of the territory of our country to be in a cold climate zone. The factors that affect the start of the diesel engine. It is shown that to improve the start-up and operating internal combustion characteristics at low negative temperatures is most effective display of their basic functional systems. Abstract
The article considers the process of detection of the dominant investment area for the development of companies (in the example of the «Irkutskenergo» company). In the article the analysis of service sector in the Russian Federation, the directions of the improvement of process management in this area. Abstract
The forecasting of indicators of regional economic security using the statistical software toolkits is considered in the article. It is shown that the application of the classical model of autoregression and integrated moving average and its special cases gives an acceptable accuracy in relation to most social and economic indicators of the Omsk region. These models can be used by regional authorities to forecast the social-economic development of the region.

The article investigates the evaluation of integration interaction of managing subjects of road transport, taking into account the theory of self-organization. The article explains that the integration on the one hand, acts as an objective process, and on the other hand is the result of conscious management decisions leaders trucking companies when defining the role of motivational factors. Abstract
The article analyzes the working conditions of asphalt at high summer temperatures, and shows that in such conditions, asphalt pavement experiencing plastic shear strain. Such deformations are due to the loss of the ability of asphalt to work on bending, resulting throughout the coating thickness of the material tests triaxial compression. The authors propose to perform inspection of asphalt in the pavement on the shear strength, using for this purpose a modified criterion of Mohr - Coulomb, which includes three material parameter and a measure of theory of damage (the continuity of L. M. Kachanov or damage Y. Rabotnov). By use of integral equations of hereditary theories received mathematical model changes the integrity and damage when exposed to repeated loads.

Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of precision manufacturing and installation of reinforced concrete columns of a residential building, which was built on technology "KUB 2.5". In studies used mathematical apparatus of probability theory and statistics mate-matic. Manufacturing error and assembly columns were investigated as random variables in small samples. These histograms show the empirical distribution of the errors. Curves built on the theoretical distribution of probability values for each interval in the study population. The degree of proximity of theoretical and empirical distributions was assessed according to the criteria K. Pirsona, B.S. Yastremskogo and A.N. Kolmogorov. The article is devoted to research of dynamic deformation of soil sealing process environment. An original approach to the modeling of the process. Sealing medium is regarded as elasticviscoelastic body, a deformable external periodic force. As the elements characterizing the rheological properties of such a medium, selected elements before it: Gooke, Newton and Saint-Venant. The model allows us to investigate the stress-strain state of the environment in the process of deformation of the entire thickness of up-lotnyaemogo layer. Implementation of the proposed modeling approach allows the rose-Sit seal the energy efficiency of the process, select the modes of rational flow of the process and the parameters of the compactor.
