Research interests. Mathematical models of overhead crane, truck crane, pipe-laying crane which enable to study dynamic indicators of the process of cargo movement, to limit uncontrolled oscillations of the cargo on the rope suspension, to optimise the main parameters of cranes and their control systems when designing new constructions are created.
A set of methods for synthesis of optimal trajectories and algorithms for controlling cargo movement in an inhomogeneous organised three-dimensional space are developed. The methods enable to take into account the angular coordinates of the cargo and constraints.
The developed methodology of horizonisation of the base chassis of the truck crane with hydraulic supports and its maintenance at a given height in the process of machine operation, preventing situations of the supports detachment from the ground, extension of the hydraulic cylinder rods of the supports to the maximum length, as well as touching the support surface by the wheels of the machine enable to increase the controllability margin of the chassis inclination angles.
