Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of reducing the harmful effects of toxic substances on the human body in the work of the chain trench excavator. Typical load variation on the shaft of the diesel internal combustion engine during the working process associated with changes of soil conditions leads to increased content in the exhaust gases of carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, soot. The article describes a method that allows the engine to operate at rated speed. By fixing the nominal mode, optimal redistribution of engine power between the working body and the mover, it is possible to achieve maximum combustion of the fuel, resulting in reduction of harmful gases.

Abstract
The technical- economic report on new technics is carried out by comparison of its indicators and characteristics with similar achievements in world and domestic practice. The great value for increase of overall performance of the bridge crane has perfection of existing mechanisms of cranes, introduction of new, more progressive constructive decisions. Abstract
The equations that describe the surface of the bottom of the trench digging rotary excavators. It is shown that the bottom surface of the trench to existing rotary excavators practically do not differ from the plane. Presented equation relating the measure of the maximum deviation of the bottom surface of the trench from the plane to the design and technological parameters of bucket wheel excavator. It is shown that the proposed equation has an analytical solution, but after appropriate transformation to nomographability form. The equations nomogram scales.

The article analyzes the reasons of the complicated start-up automotive internal combustion engines in the conditions of low negative temperatures. It is shown that decisive impact on the energy system has a start value of the internal resistance of the battery. They say that one of the main causes of increased internal resistance of the battery during operation of the vehicle is its low degree of charge. Abstract
The problem of forming a protective layer of repair and restorative composition (RRC) on the surface of the parts. It is shown that the processing units in the standard mode of operation in low loaded friction pairs forming layer RRC occurs. Components containing such friction pairs, it is advisable to be handled separately, repair units, a specially made stands, creating conditions for the formation of the protective layer of the RRC.

This article tells us the problem of the lack of legal instruments to regulate the commercial transport. Discusses the adoption of a new law regulating legal relations in the field of public passenger transport at the federal level. The article is devoted to the study of the advantages and disadvantages of the law, taking into account the conditions of operators in Omsk. In article new integrated criteria of quality of transition processes of systems of automatic control which can be used as criteria of quality of the earthwork performed by trench excavators are offered. Abstract
In the paper the influence of mineral nanodisperse silica component on reactivity of cement from different producers is studied. Method of introduction of mineral nanodisperse modifier in binding mixture is proposed. Differences of chemical composition of the studied Portland cements are reflected on features of relationship with nanodisperse component. Optimization of content features of nanodisperse component introduction into cement system as well as hardening conditions allow varying its reactivity and promote to intensification of hydration process of clinker minerals, Portlandite fixation into additional C-S-H phases, that leads to strengthening of cement stone structure. Generally, enhancement of efficiency of cement binder is provided with reducing of clinker component up to 20% and improving of strength characteristics of composite up to 20%.

Abstract
This paper proposes a method for estimating the risk of organizational and technological construction, transport technology and mechanized processes. Leading processes for construction and installation work are machines and mechanisms. For the successful implementation of the production program of the construction company must be a joint operation of reliable transport and process, construction crews, construction machines and mechanisms. The developed model study of priority construction of buildings and structures allows to more reliably determine the duration of construction, more efficient use of vehicles, construction vehicles and crews by their rhythmic and smooth operation.

Abstract
In article the settlement model of the reinforced crushed-stone-sand basis of road clothes with the variable module of elasticity changing on layer depth on exponential dependence is offered. The settlement model is based on representation of the reinforced layer of granular material as the multilayered plate consisting of any quantity of the continuous layers which are rigidly linked among themselves. The method of calculation of the reinforced bases of road clothes leaning on experimental data is offered. A concrete example of calculation is reviewed.

The equations of the regression rate of motor flux on the operating speed of traffic squad cars and watch traffic in the area of works on the main streets of the city. Abstract
Calculations of admissions for geodetic marking works taking into account the accuracy of their technological processes at researches and construction of highways are given. Calculations of admissions for geodetic control of elevation marks at the device of constructive layers of the bases and coverings of road clothes are executed. These calculations admissible values of amplitudes of elevation marks of surfaces of the bases and coverings were assumed as a basis. By an initial basis at calculations of admissions on detailed breakdown, carrying out of marks of pickets on the route of highways and a prolozheniye of the leveling courses on the route, are accepted, the tolerances of high-rise marks from the design regulated in normative documents.

In article the factors promoting emergence of forces of a frosty swelling of soil, and also ways of counteraction to forces of a frosty swelling are considered. Abstract
The data on obtaining active mineral additives from sapropelic raw materials while their burning at 850 … 900оС and afterpowdering are presented in the article. Properties of paste matrix with sapropel ashes were studied and the mechanism of sapropel ashes influence was discovered. Introduction of ashes into Portland cement PC 400 and PC 500A0 together with Glenium plasticizer increases paste matrix strength and decreases its water absorption. Ash adding makes a puzzolanic effect on the cement bonding agent and causes the formation of stable calcium aluminate forms due to the alumosilicagels content.

Abstract
This article addresses the problem of reducing costs in the operation of crushing and milling equipment, associated with high consumption of lubricant, as the volume of lubrication systems of crushing and milling equipment can be up to 60 m3. To reduce the costs associated with the replacement of the lubricant in the lubrication system of grinding equipment, is necessary to create a tank in which the cleaning process of the lubricant would pass the time, and friction unit received the necessary oil purity. For this it is necessary to install a tank weir lubrication system, thereby dividing it into two parts, into the sump tank itself. Currently, there is no reasonable method of installing weir, it is usually set in the middle of the tank. In this paper we propose a generalized method of calculation of the tank sump. Thanks to it is possible to choose the place of installation weir in accordance with the specific operating conditions.

Considerable attention in the research of the system of automatic control dive of the screw piles is paid the constructive parameters of the system. The authors propose static characteristics of the output parameters of the system and set the limits of variation of constructive parameters. Abstract
The paper proposes a method for solving a mathematical model using gas hydraulic battery energy recovery kinetic reduced mass construction machinery. In this article it is proved that the use of battery gas hydraulic to recover the kinetic energy of the piston, which shows the mass of the moving parts of the machine can reduce engine power when accelerating. An example of calculation power required for an internal combustion engine in the presence of a vehicle acceleration of recovery.

The relevance of this question is justified by comparing effectiveness of functioning single board automobile and board articulated truck during delivery of friable construction goods in urban environment. The article provides relevance of perfecting a system of equipment’s repair, on the basis of specialization of repair services, the author has conducted an analysis of the market of services on repair of metal-cutting equipment in Omsk and other regions which has showed that firms providing these services can't carry out repair in full for the companies therefore it is necessary to keep proper repair service. The authors have considered widespread structure of an organization of repair service of a company, there are identified its disadvantages and there is proposed structure of customer service and possible positive effects from realization of such structure.
