CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION OF MOTOR TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES IN TENDER PROCEDURES

Abstract
This article discusses the participation of transport enterprises in the tender to signing the contract for the provision of services on transportation of cargoes, passengers.. the paper shows and explains the conditions for participation, the requirements to procurement participants, used vehicles, are the basic documents confirming the qualification and technical compliance of the concerned organizations. The formulated tasks, which allows you to successfully pass the competition for the conclusion of the contract.
