ADVANTAGES AND SHORTCOMINGS OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP OF DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE

Abstract

In this article questions of application of public-private partnership in the European Union countries are considered, the share of projects of public-private partnership on spheres of economy for the developed and developing states is investigated. Distribution of projects of public-private partnership on spheres of economy of the Russian Federation is considered, assessment of the current situation and the prospects of development of this direction in our country is made. Key advantages and shortcomings of public-private partnership taking into account specifics of economy of Russia come to light, the analysis of need of development of this form of cooperation in the field of large-scale transport projects is made, including at realization of Transport strategy of Russia till 2030. At the end of article recommendations about improvement of interaction of the authorities and private business in the field of public-private partnership are provided.
