FEATURES OF COMPETENCY MANAGERIAL PERSONNEL

Abstract
The problems of skilled personnel shortage meeting current and strategic needs of national economics are discussed in this paper. The factors defining the necessity of constant qualification potential improvement are examined. The context of life cycle of qualification potential and its main stages are specified and updated. In this paper we compared national job standards of several countries as well as their current qualifications frameworks. The main branches of government’s work to create effective national qualification system are analyzed. Also the authors offer the ideas of adding employees’
qualification potential characteristics for its deeper assessment. The article analyzes the main directions of the RF Government on creation of the effective national system of qualifications, the authors also provide suggestions on how to complement the characteristics of the qualification potential of employees for more in-depth evaluation.
