Abstract
This article discusses a new model of traffic management through an integrated analysis of transport and passenger flows, which will reduce the load on the road network (UDS). Thus solves the following main tasks: justification of the indicators and criteria of the system of transport service of the population of the city is the development of algorithm of calculation and download of UDS city. The technique for managing the transport network by optimizing the composition of the transport stream and use a new criterion of load factor of road network of UDS from different types of passenger transport, including individual. Based on the proposed algorithm of calculation of the load on the main network of the city, given the volume of passenger transportation, presents a quantitative assessment of the options for the development of urban passenger transport (ATG) in the cities of the Russian Federation.
