MODERN TRENDS OF LABOUR ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT ON INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Article is devoted to review of concepts of sociotechnological systems, quick responsive manufacturing and teal organizations from the perspective of labor organization. Ways of level of quality of working life improving are used as a base for concepts comparison. This ways is considered as a modern vector of labor organization development. It is argued that recent socio-cultural and technological conditions of enterprise functioning cause the need of transformation of labor organization in order to provide better labor potential utilization.
