CULTURE AND INSTITUTIONS INTO EVOLUTIONAL ECONOMICS: CONCEPIUAL APPROACH TO THE ANALYSIS

Abstract
The methodology of the study of the relationship between culture and institutions in economic processes is proposed. Cultural-value system as a special component of the economic reality, contributing to the formation of the institutional shell is interpreted. Cultural values and institutional structuring of the economy acts as a compromise of interacting, heterogeneous entities at different levels are show. The relevance and increasing importance of the realization of ethical-oriented approach in the formation of institutional practices and the solution of strategical problems are justified.
