Ban destructive behavior and mobbing staff ethical documents of russian organizations

Abstract

The article is devoted to counter mobbing in the workplace. The study analyzed the codes of corporate behavior of employees of companies in different sectors of the economy. Revealed limitations similar to the concept of mobbing and analyzed the presence of documents in the ethical constraints that contribute to the prevention and the prevention of mobbing in the workplace. The result of the analysis was a series of recommendations to improve the content of ethical documents of companies and institutions.
