Abstract
The article studied composition, structure, intelligent transport systems, discussed their role in driving on the highway, the determination of the load on the pavement and ensure the safe movement of vehicles, the necessity of the use on the roads. In addition, the determined value of the logistics of border crossing points and the impact of the state of their infrastructure for additional time spent at the border crossing.
