Features of functioning and management of shipping companies in modern conditions of development of branch
Abstract
N article relevance of use of process approach at management of expenses of shipping company in the conditions of fierce competition of the market of a water transport and low profitability of functioning of most of his subjects is proved. The factors reducing profitability and the shipping companies raising expenses are considered. Advantages of process approach at management of expenses are distinguished, features of business processes of shipping companies and classification of business processes with allocation of the main, auxiliary processes and management processes are given.
