The definition of operating costs depending on the change of quality indicators of operation of infrastructure facilities

Abstract

This article describes the dependence of the operating costs of the change of quality indicators of functioning infrastructure. Analyzed the major factors influencing the decline in the cost of transportation. And revealed the necessity of applying the methods of individual expenditure rates, consolidated expenditure rates, as well as methods for determining the factors of influence, depending on changes in the cost of qualitative use of the rolling stock. On the basis of the research the author proposes a comprehensive model to increase the efficiency of infrastructure.
