Theoretical and methodological approaches to modernization of the russian economy
Abstract
The article deals with the problems of modernization of socio-economic system of Russia. The are applied the following methodological approaches: systemic, institutional, Keynesian and a row of specific methods. The necessity of modernization of the political, economic, social and cultural spheres is shown. There is approved the determining role of modernization of political institutions, the necessity to eliminate bureaucracy and corruption. There are specified the reasons for the current economic crisis in Russia. There are considered the ways out of the crisis: changing political strategy, conducting neoindustrialization, strengthening of private property rights and competitive market relations, expansion of free enterprise.
