Модели загрузки улично-дорожной сети позволяют понять многие транспортные, социальные, экологические и др. проблемы городов. Создание транспортных моделей требует знания природы формирования и функционирования транспортных потоков. В работе сформулирована цель и поставлены задачи для проведения исследования роли придомовых территорий жилых районов г. Тулы как одного из источников формирования городских транспортных потоков; выявления закономерностей влияния стоянок придомовых территорий на загрузку улично-дорожной сети.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Основой исследования являются разработки в области прогнозного имитационного моделирования автотранспортных систем. Инструментом для решения поставленных задач используется комплекс автоматизированного проектирования «TransNet», который позволит провести корректировку исходных данных в базовой модели результатами исследований о функционировании стоянок и парковок, расположенных на придомовых территориях.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Обоснована потребность в уточнении общепринятой методики определения загрузки городской улично-дорожной сети, в которой учитывалось бы влияние придомовых стоянок и парковок на формирование транспортных потоков. Сформулированы задачи и вопросы, решение которых позволят получить более точные результаты интенсивности транспортных потоков.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключение</title><p>Обсуждение и заключение. Усовершенствованная транспортная модель г. Тулы позволит составить прогноз для определения основных параметров работы транспортной системы с учетом динамики выезда транспортных средств с придомовых территорий в разные интервалы времени суток. Предложенный методический инструментарий и алгоритм решения задачи загрузки улично-дорожной сети в квазидинамической постановке поможет в решении существующих транспортных проблем и совершенствовании организации дорожного движения.</p><p>Авторы прочитали и одобрили окончательный вариант рукописи. Конфликт интересов отсутствует.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The load models of the road network make it possible to understand a lot of the transport, social, environmental, and other city problems. Creating transport models requires knowledge of the traffic flows’ formation and functioning. The paper formulates a goal and poses tasks for the research conducting of the adjoining territories of residential areas in Tula as one of the urban traffic flows’ sources and of the identifying patterns of the parking places near houses’ influence on the road network loading.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The basis of the research was the development in the field of predictive simulation of automobile transport systems. The authors used complex of computer-aided design “TransNet”, which allowed adjusting the initial data in the base model by the results of the parking places’ functioning.</p><p>Discussion and conclusions. As a result, the improved transport model of Tula allows making the forecast for determining the main parameters of the transport system taking into account the dynamics of vehicles’ local area departure at different time intervals. Moreover, the proposed methodological tools and algorithm for solving the problem of the road network loading in a quasi-dynamic setting helps to solve existing transport problems and to improve the traffic organization.</p><p>The authors have read and approved the final manuscript.
