Статья посвящена исследованию метода повышения пропускной способности на транспортных развязках, обеспечивающих въезд в города, на примере г. Белгорода путем внедрения системы светофорного регулирования Ramp metering. Исследованы 4 транспортные развязки на подъездах в областной центр, проведена оценка геометрических параметров съездов. На основании анализа геометрических параметров, расчетов параметров интенсивности и временных задержек выбран оптимальный участок для внедрения системы Ramp metering.Методы и материалы. Основное внимание уделено использованию интеллектуальных транспортных систем при организации движения в города и городские агломерации. Применение данных систем на транспортных развязках позволяет минимизировать задержки транспортных средств, что является достаточно актуальным методом организации дорожного движения в пиковые периоды и способствует снижению аварийности за счет использования интеллектуального аппарата управления движением транспортных потоков.Результаты. Авторами разработан подход к использованию интеллектуальных транспортных систем на въездных участках в города и городские агломерации с учетом изменения основных параметров транспортного потока и геометрических параметров транспортных развязок.Заключение. Сделан вывод о необходимости использования интеллектуальных транспортных систем путем внедрения системы Ramp metering, а также исследования изменения основных параметров транспортного потока и геометрических характеристик городских транспортных развязок.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction. The paper describes the method of increasing the capacity of transport interchanges, providing entry into the city, on the example of Belgorod and through the introduction of traffic light control system - Ramp metering. The authors investigate 4 transport interchanges at the entrances to the regional center and evaluate geometric parameters of the congresses. Moreover, the authors select the optimal site for the implementation of the Ramp measuring system, basing on the analysis of geometric parameters and calculations of intensity parameters and time delays.Methods and materials. The use of intelligent transport systems in cities and urban agglomerations traffic management allows minimizing vehicles delays and such method is quite topical for traffic organization at peak times and reduction of accidents through the use of intelligent machine control of the vehicle flows.Results. The authors develop the approach to the intelligent transport systems’ usage at the entrance areas to the cities and urban agglomerations, which takes into account changes in the basic parameters of traffic flow and geometric parameters of transport interchanges.Conclusion.
