В статье рассмотрены организационно-институциональные аспекты и принципы построения социально-трудовых отношений крупной экономической системы, что обусловлено актуальностью и противоречивостью научных взглядов при решении проблем в процессах трансформации социально-трудовых отношений в современной экономике.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. При проведении исследования использовались научные материалы зарубежных и отечественных ученых. В качестве методологии исследования автор применял системно-аксиологический подход на основе комбинации ряда научных методов, таких как аналитический, институциональный, системный. При рассмотрении организационно-институциональных аспектов построения социально-трудовых отношений применялась концепция коэволюции.</p><p>Областью исследования явились организационно-институциональные проблемы проектирования новой системы социально-трудовых отношений в период трансформации.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Автор предложил четыре группы принципов, таких как принцип динамического соответствия ценностным ориентациям стейкхолдеров и целям крупной экономической системы, принцип сетевизации на основе институциональной необходимости, принцип баланса экономической и социальной эффективности в системе социально-трудовых отношений, гибкости и трансфомируемости системы социально-трудовых отношений на основе коэволюционной обусловленности, которые ориентированы на построение новой системы социально-трудовых отношений на основе системно-аксиологического подхода и направленных на снижение противоречий в системе.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Данные исследования могут служить концептуальной основой при проектировании системы социально-трудовых отношений крупной экономической системы, а также разработки стратегии социально-экономического развития корпораций.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The paper deals with organizational and institutional aspects and principles of building social and labor relations of the large economic system. Such research is determined by the urgency and contradictory of scientific views by solving problems in the transformation processes of the social and labor relations in the modern economy.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Scientific materials of foreign and domestic scientists are used in the research. The author applies the system-axiological approach on the basis of the scientific methods’ combination, such as analytical, institutional and systemic. In addition, the concept of co-evolution is applied while considering organizational and institutional aspects of building social and labor relations.</p><p>The organizational and institutional problems of designing a new system of social and labor relations during the transformation period are discussed in the paper.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The author proposes four groups of principles, such as the principle of dynamic correspondence to value orientations of stakeholders and the goals of a large economic system, the principle of network based on institutional need, the principle of the balance of economic and social efficiency in the system of social and labor relations, the principle of flexibility and transformability of the social and labor relations’ system on the basis of co-evolution.</p></sec><sec><title>Therefore</title><p>Therefore.
