Статья посвящена проблемам организации и осуществления информационно-аналитической работы в органах внутренних дел. В частности, рассматриваются сложности правового, организационного, методического, кадрового и технического характера. На основе общих принципов управленческой деятельности, в представленной работе анализируется функция управление на примере одной из систем, имеющей замкнутый характер. На основе проведенного анализа формулируются основные направления, следование которым необходимо для выведения данной конкретной системы из управленческого кризиса.

The article is devoted to the problems of the Organization and implementation of informational and analytical work in the organs of internal affairs. In particular, it examines the complexity of legal, organizational, methodological, human and technical nature. On the basis of the General principles of management activities, in this work examines the function of management on the example of one of the systems with a vicious nature. On the basis of the conducted analysis basic directions are formulated, following which it is necessary for removing that particular system of crisis management.
