В условиях глобализации возникает необходимость развития импортозамещения. Предлагается развитие механизма импортозамещения в инновационных территориальных кластерах. В статье исследован российский опыт импортозамещения и выбор направления его стратегического развития в инновационных территориальных кластерах. Рассмотрен потенциал импортозамещения в России. Дан анализ импортозамещения в ключевых отраслях экономики страны. Создание кластеров на территории Российской Федерации предусматривает построение кооперационных связей между субъектами предпринимательства и представителями промышленной инфраструктуры, а также построение устойчивых цепей поставок для увеличения добавленной стоимости производимой продукции в целях импортозамещения в стратегически важных отраслях народного хозяйства страны.

In the context of globalization, there is a need to develop import substitution. It is proposed to develop the mechanism of import substitution in innovative territorial clusters. The article examines the Russian experience of import substitution and the choice of the direction of its strategic development in innovative territorial clusters. The potential of import substitution in Russia is considered. Analysis of import substitution in key sectors of the country’s economy is given. The creation of clusters on the territory of the Russian Federation provides for building cooperative links between business entities and representatives of industrial infrastructure, as well as building sustainable supply chains to increase the added value of manufactured products for import substitution in strategically important sectors of the country’s economy.
