В статье рассмотрены системно-функциональный и процессный подходы к определению понятия «проект». Выделены методы формирования портфеля проектов по правилу Парето и правилу Борда. Описан процесс определения доминирующего инвестиционного направления развития компании. Рассмотрены этапы реализации предлагаемого процесса определения доминирующего инвестиционного направления развития компании. Предложен способ формирования портфеля проектов доминирующего инвестиционного направления развития компании. Выделены особенности применения предлагаемого процесса в практической деятельности компании.
The article considers system-functional and processing approaches to definition of the term «project». Authors mark out methods of forming of projects’ portfolio on rule of Pareto and rule of Bord. The article considers the process of detection of the dominant investment area for the development of companies. Steps of realization of the suggested process of detection of the dominant investment area for the development of companies are expounded in the article material. Authors suggested worked out the methodical approach of the forming of projects’ portfolio of the dominant investment area for the development of companies. They single out specifics of using of the suggested process in practical activity of the company.
