В условиях трансформации транспортно-логистической системы России и усиления роли региональных грузопотоков актуальной задачей становится разработка надёжных инструментов долгосрочного прогнозирования объёма грузовых перевозок. В статье представлена эконометрическая модель прогнозирования объёма перевезённых грузов автомобильным транспортом в Белгородской области на период до 2040 г.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы и материалы</title><p>Методы и материалы. В качестве материалов использованы официальные статистические данные за 2010–2023 гг., включая объём перевозок, валовой региональный продукт, протяжённость автомобильных дорог и количество грузовых автомобилей. Методологическую основу исследования составляет множественная линейная регрессия с последующей диагностической проверкой на мультиколлинеарность, гетероскедастичность и автокорреляцию остатков.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Построенная модель объясняет 87% дисперсии объёма перевозок (R² = 0,87), средняя абсолютная процентная ошибка (MAPE) составляет 4,2%. Все коэффициенты статистически значимы (p &lt; 0,05), что подтверждает её надёжность для сценарного прогнозирования в условиях геополитической и экономической неопределённости.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Результаты работы могут быть использованы органами исполнительной власти субъектов РФ при разработке транспортных стратегий, инвестиционных программ и логистических кластеров, а также интегрированы в цифровую экосистему Национальной цифровой транспортно-логистической платформы (НЦТЛП) и Транспортно-экономического баланса (ТЭБ).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. In the context of Russia’s transport and logistics system transformation and the increasing importance of regional cargo flows, the development of reliable tools for long-term forecasting of cargo transportation volumes has become an urgent task. This article presents an econometric model for predicting the cargo volume transported by road in the Belgorod region for the period up to 2040.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods and Materials</title><p>Methods and Materials. Official statistical data for the period from 2010 to 2023, including the volume of transportation, gross regional product, the length of highways, and the number of trucks, have been used as materials. The study is based on multiple linear regression with subsequent diagnostic testing for multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, and autocorrelation of the residuals.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The constructed model explains 87% of the variance in traffic volume (R² = 0.87), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) is 4.2%. All coefficients are statistically significant (p &lt; 0.05), that confirms its reliability for scenario forecasting in the context of geopolitical and economic uncertainty.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
