Современные условия строительства требуют от компаний высокой гибкости и способности оперативно адаптировать свою производственную структуру и состав персонала под требования каждого проекта. Для достижения максимального эффекта в реализации строительных задач важным является совершенствование производственных структур и состава персонала с учетом затрат. Учитывая специфику строительных работ, высокую степень технической сложности объектов и необходимость соблюдения строгих сроков, подходы к организации производственных процессов должны учитывать как технологические и квалификационные факторы, так и затраты на организацию трудовых ресурсов. В данной статье рассматриваются методы совершенствования производственной структуры строительных компаний с акцентом на повышение эффективности при соблюдении требований по срокам выполнения работ.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследовании применены методы системного анализа для оценки текущей эффективности производственной структуры строительных компаний.</p><p>Для выявления путей становления структуры персонала и распределения задач между работниками использованы математические модели, основанные на анализе затрат и производительности. Анализ факторов, влияющих на структуру производственного персонала, включал квалификацию работников, специфику строительных работ и их технологические особенности. Значительное внимание уделено затратам на обучение и повышение квалификации сотрудников, учитывая требования различных типов строительных проектов.</p></sec><sec><title>Научная новизна</title><p>Научная новизна. В работе предложены новые подходы к совершенствованию производственной структуры строительных компаний, направленные на перераспределение задач и функций среди работников с учетом специфики проектов.</p><p>Разработанная модель позволяет оптимизировать состав персонала, обеспечивая гибкость производственной структуры для оперативного реагирования на изменения в процессе строительства. Оценка затрат и производительности на каждом этапе выполнения строительных работ способствует повышению надежности и эффективности реализации проектов.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Проведенное исследование показало, что совершенствование производственной структуры и состава персонала строительных компаний требует применения комплексного подхода к перераспределению трудовых ресурсов.</p><p>Это включает акцент на повышение квалификации персонала, уточнение распределения функций и улучшение взаимодействия между подразделениями.</p><p>Оптимизация затрат на персонал, учитывающая сложность строительных задач, позволяет повысить производительность, улучшить координацию и обеспечить выполнение строительных проектов в соответствии с техническими требованиями.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключение</title><p>Обсуждение и заключение. Результаты исследования подтверждают, что совершенствование производственной структуры и состава персонала строительных компаний с учетом затрат является важным фактором успешной реализации строительных проектов. Оптимизация этих элементов способствует снижению затрат, соблюдению сроков выполнения работ и повышению надежности строительных процессов.</p><p>Перспективы дальнейших исследований включают уточнение методов оценки эффективности различных производственных структур в строительстве и интеграцию инновационных технологий в процессы организации строительства.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Under modern conditions construction companies have to be highly flexible and able to quickly adapt their organization structure and personnel to the requirements of each project. To achieve maximum effect in completing construction tasks, it is important to improve organization structure and staff composition taking into account costs. Given the specifics of construction work, high technical complexity of objects and the need to meet strict deadlines, approaches to organizing management processes should take into account both technological and qualification factors, and the costs of allocating labor resources.</p><p>This article discusses methods for improving organization structure of construction companies with an emphasis put on increasing efficiency while meeting deadlines.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study uses methods of system analysis to assess the current efficiency of the organization structure of construction companies. To identify ways to improve the staff structure and distribute tasks among employees, mathematical models based on cost and productivity analysis were used.</p><p>The analysis of factors affecting the operational staff structure included employee qualifications, specifics of construction work and their technological features. Considerable attention has been paid to the costs on training and advanced training of employees, taking into account the requirements of various types of construction projects.</p></sec><sec><title>Scientific novelty</title><p>Scientific novelty. The paper proposes new approaches to improving organization structure of construction companies aimed at redistributing tasks and functions among employees taking into account the specifics of projects. The developed model allows to optimize staff composition, provide capability of the organization structure to respond promptly to changes in the construction process. Evaluation of costs and productivity at each stage of construction works helps to increase the reliability and efficiency of project implementation.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The conducted research has shown that improvement of the organization structure and staff composition of construction companies requires application of an integrated approach to the redistribution of labor resources. This includes an emphasis on improving the qualifications of personnel, clarifying functions distribution and improving interaction between departments. Optimization of personnel costs, taking into account the complexity of construction tasks, allows to increase productivity, coordination and provide implementation of construction projects according to technical requirements.</p><p>Discussion and conclusion. The results of the study prove that improving the organization structure and staff composition of construction companies in terms of costs is an important factor in the successful implementation of construction projects. Optimization of these elements leads to reducing costs, meeting deadlines for work and increasing the reliability of construction processes.
