Для завода-изготовителя и предприятий-потребителей продукции представляют интерес данные о реальной эксплуатационной надежности силовых агрегатов автомобилей КамАЗ, их наиболее слабых местах, причинах преждевременных отказов, а также методов выявления и предотвращения их возникновения, в связи с чем выполнение научного исследования, направленного на решение указанной выше задачи, является актуальным и своевременным.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Исследование надежности систем, узлов и агрегатов двигателей автомобилей КамАЗ проводилось в условиях официального дилерского центра «Техцентр Северный» (г. Иркутск), специализирующегося на продаже, обслуживании и ремонте автомобилей марки КамАЗ в течение 2020–2024 гг. В исследовании участвовали автомобили марки КамАЗ с двигателем 740, в том числе находящиеся на гарантии. Автомобили с этими силовыми агрегатами эксплуатировались преимущественно в Иркутской области, в том числе в северных регионах. При этом в каждом наряде-заказе фиксировалась причина обращения в сервис, пробег автомобиля, а также выполненные виды работ. Важным этапом являлось выявление закона распределения наиболее частых отказов систем и узлов двигателей.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключение</title><p>Обсуждение и заключение. Анализ полученных в ходе исследования данных свидетельствует о преобладании двух групп преждевременных отказов-головок блока цилиндров, а также системы топливоподачи, прежде всего электрогидравлических форсунок. Установлено, что их преждевременные отказы подчиняются закону распределения Вейбулла и имеют математические ожидания наработки на отказ 49,6 тыс. км для форсунок и 41,9 тыс. км для головок блока цилиндров. При этом отказы головок блока цилиндров высокофорсированных двигателей семейства КамАЗ-740.7 (мощностью свыше 360 л.с.) вызваны повышенной тепловой напряженностью и их можно классифицировать как конструкционные и как эксплуатационные.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. For the manufacturer and consumer enterprises of the products, it is of interest to know the real operational reliability of power units of KamAZ vehicles, their weakest points, the causes of premature failures, as well as methods for identifying and preventing their occurrence, and therefore carry out scientific research aimed at solving the above task is relevant and timely.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The study of the reliability of systems, components and assemblies of engines of KamAZ vehicles was carried out in the conditions of the official dealership center “Technical center Severny” (Irkutsk), specializing in the sale, maintenance and repair of KamAZ vehicles during 2020–2024. the study involved KamAZ vehicles with 740 engine, including those under warranty. The automobiles with these power units were operated primarily in the Irkutsk region, including server regions. at the same time, each work order recorded the reason for contacting the service, the mileage of the car, as well as the types of work performed. An important step was to identify the distribution law of the most frequent failures of engine systems and components.</p><p>Discussion and conclusion. The analysis of the data obtained during the study indicates the predominance of two types of premature failures – cylinder heads, as well as fuel supply systems, primarily electrohydraulic injectors. It was found that premature failures of cylinder head and electrohydraulic injectors obey the Weibull distribution law and have mathematical expectations of a failure time of 49.6 thousand km for injectors and 41.9 thousand km for cylinder heads.
