В статье рассмотрена концепция системно-синергетического подхода в управлении интеллектуально-креативными ресурсами при поведении организационных изменений на предприятиях железнодорожного транспорта. Предложена структурно-функциональная модель системы управления интеллектуально-креативными ресурсами в условиях организационных изменений на основе системно-синергетического подхода. В качестве методологической основы управления интеллектуально-креативными ресурсами (ИКР) в условиях организационных авторы предлагают применять принципы и требования синергетики и теории систем, которые редко привлекаются к решению задач такого рода.
The article dwells on the concept of system and synergetic approach in controlling intellectual and creative resources in conducting organizational changes at the enterprises of railway transport. The authors have suggested a structurally functional model of a system controlling intellectual and creative resources in the conditions of organizational changes on the basis of system and synergetic approach. As a methodological basis of controlling intellectual and creative resources (ICR) in the conditions of organizational changes, the authors suggest to apply principles and requirements of synergy and the theory of systems which are seldom used for such tasks solution.
