Авторами рассматриваются существующие модели организации городских пассажирских автомобильных перевозок, структура каждой из моделей и их характеристики. Причиной написания работы послужила слабая изученность факторов, определяющих безубыточную перевозку пассажиров и, как следствие, построение на этой основе системы взаимодействия транспортных властей и транспортных операторов. Таким образом, цель исследования заключается в создании моделей взаимодействия субъектов и объектов пассажирских автомобильных перевозок. Рабочая гипотеза исследования состоит в преодолении существующей фрагментарности моделей за счёт разработки дополнительных блоков, содержания, одним из которых является научно обоснованный выбор моделей взаимодействия участников транспортного процесса в системе пассажирских автомобильных перевозок.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы и материалы</title><p>Методы и материалы. Проанализированы три существующие модели организации работы пассажирских автомобильных перевозок с учётом их влияния на экономическую эффективность и безопасность транспортного процесса. Определены предпосылки к созданию алгоритмов перехода от одной модели к другой и оценки их эффективности.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. По мнению авторов, данное исследование будет полезно как организаторам пассажирских автомобильных перевозок, так и перевозчикам. С практической точки зрения данное исследование будет полезно для повышения эффективности и безубыточности пассажирских автомобильных перевозок, а также для максимальной «прозрачности» финансового взаимодействия между участниками данного рынка.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключение</title><p>Обсуждение и заключение. Дальнейшее направление исследований по данной тематике будет выполнено в направлении разработки методики переключения моделей между собой, т.е. когда и как целесообразно применять ту или иную модель пассажирских автомобильных перевозок.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The authors consider the current models for the organization of urban passenger road transport, the structure of each of the models and their characteristics. The reason for writing the work was the poor study of the factors that determine the break-even transportation of passengers and, as a result, the construction on this basis of a system of interaction between transport authorities and transport operators. Thus, the purpose of the study is to create models of interaction between subjects and objects of passenger road transport. The working hypothesis of the study is to overcome the existing fragmentation of models through the development of additional blocks, the content of which is a scientifically based choice of models for the interaction of participants in the transport process in the system of passenger road transportation.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods and materials</title><p>Methods and materials. Three existing models for organising the work of passenger road transport are analysed. Their influence on the economic efficiency and safety of the transport process is considered. The prerequisites for the creation of algorithms for the transition from one model to another and for evaluating their effectiveness are determined.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. According to the authors, this study will be useful for both the organizers of passenger road transport and carriers. From a practical point of view, this study will be useful to improve the efficiency and break-even of passenger road transport, as well as to maximize the ‘transparency’ of financial interaction between participants in this market.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
