Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме повышения качества очистки дорожного покрытия и повышению ресурса щёточного рабочего оборудования. Повышение качества очистки и ресурса щёточного рабочего оборудования позволит уменьшить затраты на работу коммунальной машины. В процессе работы ворс цилиндрической щётки изнашивается, при этом изменяются его упругие характеристики, что отражается на требуемом усилии прижатия для поддержания наиболее выгодного значения ширины пятна контакта из условия обеспечения высокого качества очистки и минимальной интенсивности износа ворса.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Представлены результаты исследований взаимодействия ворса цилиндрической щётки с очищаемой поверхностью при различных степенях износа ворса щётки. Результаты исследований даны в аналитическом и графическом видах. Расчёты осуществлялись при помощи программного продукта Microsoft Exсel и программной среды математических вычислений Mathkad.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В работе приведена зависимость степени износа ворса щёточного рабочего оборудования от фактического радиуса цилиндрической щётки. Показана в виде графика зависимость ширины пятна контакта от деформации цилиндрической щётки при различных степенях износа. Рассмотрено влияние степени износа на упругую характеристику щёточного рабочего оборудования. Приведены зависимости среднего коэффициента жесткости от степени износа ворса цилиндрической щётки, а также требуемого усилия прижатия от степени износа при разных величинах ширины пятна контакта цилиндрической щётки. Получена зависимость давления в гидропневмоаккумуляторе устройства управления положением щеточного рабочего органа от фактической свободной длины прутка ворса цилиндрической щетки.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключение</title><p>Обсуждение и заключение. Результаты выполненной работы позволят учитывать влияние степени износа ворса цилиндрической щётки на её упругие характеристики при имитационном моделировании работы коммунальной машины, оснащенной устройством управления положением щёточного рабочего органа.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The article is devoted to a current issue of improving the quality of road surface cleaning and increasing the resource of brush working equipment. Improving the quality of cleaning and the resource of the brush working equipment will reduce the cost of operating a communal machine. In the process of operation, the pile of the cylindrical brush is worns out, while its elastic characteristics change, which is reflected in the required pressing force to maintain the most favorable value of the width of the contact spot from the condition of ensuring high quality cleaning and minimal intensity of pile wear.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The results of studies of the interaction of the pile of a cylindrical brush with the surface to be cleaned are presented at various degrees of wear of the brush pile. The research results are presented in analytical and graphical forms. The calculations were carried out using the Microsoft Excel software product and the Mathkad software environment for mathematical calculations.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The paper shows the dependence of the degree of wear of the pile of the brush working equipment on the actual radius of the cylindrical brush. The relationship between the width of the contact spot and the deformation of the cylindrical brush at different degrees of wear and tear is shown as a graph.The influence of the degree of wear on the elastic characteristics of the brush working equipment is considered.
