В данной статье рассматривается вопрос оптимизации движения участников дорожного движения в условиях городской среды. Необходимость решения данного вопроса возникла из-за неоптимального проектирования улично-дорожной сети города, заключающегося в росте интенсивности движения до предельных значений и неспособности светофорного регулирования решать проблемы глобального спроса на передвижение транспорта. Также актуальным является решение вопроса о передвижении постоянно увеличивающихся пешеходных потоков. Оптимизация условий дорожного движения предполагается устройством комплексных транспортных схем. Основным недостатком решения данного вопроса является ограниченность нормативной документации, которая была бы применима в условиях городской среды. </p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В статье авторы использовали как основополагающий метод аналогии – сравнение категорий улиц и городских дорог с загородными автомобильными дорогами. Также были проанализированы достоинства единичных транспортных развязок и их системы и уровень удобства улиц г. Тюмени. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Представляют собой варианты комплексных транспортных пересечений, удовлетворяю-щих требованиям, определенным заранее относительно различных типов перекрестков со следующими показателями: расстояние между второстепенными улицами, количество полос движения на улицах, радиусы круговых кривых. </p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключение</title><p>Обсуждение и заключение. По результатам данной статьи целесообразно рассмотреть третий вариант комплексного пересечения, являющийся наиболее перспективным по рассматриваемым параме-трам.  </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. This article addresses the issue of optimizing the movement of road users in an urban environment. The need to resolve this issue arose due to the suboptimal design of the city’s street-road network, consisting in an increase in traﬃc intensity to limit values and the inability of traﬃc lights to solve the problems of global demand for vehicle movement. It is also important to address the issue of the movement of ever-increasing pedestrian ﬂows.Optimization of traﬃc conditions is assumed by the device of integrated transport schemes. The main disadvantage of solving this issue is the limited regulatory documentation that would be applicable in urban environments.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. In the article, the authors used, as a fundamental method of analogy, a comparison of the categories of streets and urban roads with suburban highways. Also, the advantages of individual road junctions and their systems and the level of convenience of the streets of Tiumen were analyzed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The results are variants of complex traﬃc intersections that satisfy the requirements deﬁned in advance regarding various types of intersections with the following indicators: distance between minor streets, number of lanes on the streets, radii of circular curves.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
