Разработана методика определения оптимальных параметров многопрограммного светофорного регулирования, позволяющая учитывать суточную и внутричасовую неравномерность транспортных потоков. Применение оптимизированных параметров многопрограммного регулирования позволит снизить задержки транспорта на перекрестках на 10-40% в течение суток по сравнению с однопрограммным регулированием.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper demonstrates the relevance of accounting of traffic flows variability over time allows reducing intersection traffic delays in urban areas. The method of determining the optimal parameters of multiprogram control, allows considering the daily and hourly traffic flows variability was developed.
