Сделан акцент на развитие автомобильного транспорта РФ, которое характеризуется увеличением объемов перевозок, выполняемых специализированным подвижным составом различных типоразмеров, изменением расположения грузообразующих и грузопоглощающих пунктов, требованиями Заказчиков к количественным и качественным показателям, установленным в договорах. Эти условия способствуют развитию экономики РФ в социально-значимых отраслях. Целью исследования является разработка методики текущего планирования работы специализированного подвижного состава типоразмеров автотранспортного предприятия для выполнения условий договоров при перевозке грузов в городе.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Методика текущего планирования разработана в рамках новой концепции, представляющей собой синтез методов теории грузовых автомобильных перевозок, теории технического обслуживания и текущего ремонта подвижного состава. В исследованиях применяется системный анализ, методы теории вероятностей и математической статистики.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты:</p><p>– методологические основы, позволившие разработать методику текущего планирования работы специализированного подвижного состава типоразмеров автотранспортного предприятия для выполнения условий договоров при перевозке грузов в городе;</p><p>– программа для ЭВМ, применение которой в практике работы автотранспортного предприятия позволит выполнить планирование, направленное на выполнение условий договоров и получение прибыли.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключение</title><p>Обсуждение и заключение. Реализация и апробация методики текущего планирования при перевозке грузов в городе выполняется в условиях работы автотранспортного предприятия г. Омска с использованием программы для ЭВМ «Планирование работы автотранспортного предприятия при перевозке грузов в городе». Применение методики позволило автотранспортному предприятию получить прибыль на 14,5% больше, чем прибыль, которая могла быть получена при использовании в планировании ранее существующих методик.</p><p>Прозрачность финансовой деятельности: автор не имеет финансовой заинтересованности в представленных материалах или методах. Конфликт интересов отсутствует.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The emphasis is placed on the development of road transport in the Russian Federation, which is characterized by an increase in traffic carried out by specialized rolling stock of various sizes, a change in the location of cargo-forming and cargo-absorbing points, and the requirements of customers for quantitative and qualitative indicators established in agreements. These conditions ensure to the development of the Russian economy in social significant branches. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for the current planning of the operation of specialized rolling stock of standard sizes of a motor transport enterprise to implement the conditions of contracts for the transportation of goods in the city.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The current planning methodology has been developed as part of a new concept, which is a synthesis of the methods of the theory of road freight transport, the theory of maintenance and current repair of rolling stock. A system analysis, the methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics are used in the studies.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: </p><p>- the methodological foundations that made it possible to develop a methodology for the current planning of the work of a specialized rolling stock of standard sizes for a motor transport enterprise to implement the contracts conditions for the transportation of goods in the city;</p><p>- a computer program, the use of which in the operating of a motor transport enterprise will make possible to carry out planning aimed to implement the contracts terms and make a profit.</p><p>Discussion and conclusions. The implementation and testing of the current planning methodology for the transportation of goods in the city is carried out in the conditions of a motor transport enterprise in the city of Omsk using a computer program “Planning the work of a motor transport enterprise for the transportation of goods in the city”. A methodology application allowed the motor transport enterprise to make a profit of 14.5% more than the profit that could be obtained by using previously existing methods in planning.</p></sec><sec><title>Financial transparency</title><p>Financial transparency: the authors have no financial interest in the presented materials or methods.
